I am Aasawari Deshmukh, a lawyer practicing at the Bombay High Court. I started LexFlux because I kept falling down rabbit holes. Reading about AI, technology and the internet and ending up with more legal questions than I started with. At some point it made sense to write them down.
What This Blog Is
LexFlux is where law meets the internet, and things get interesting. I write about Intellectual Property Rights, AI regulation, Technology, Media and Telecommunications law, platform liability, data protection and the legal architecture of the digital world. The focus is on Indian law, with comparative perspectives wherever they add something useful.
The pieces here are not summaries. I am not trying to tell you what happened. I am trying to work through what it means. That sometimes leads to clean answers and sometimes leads to better questions. Both feel worthwhile.
